Yes you can place orders by phone or by email whichever is convenient. Once you have contacted us we will walk you through the ordering process.
During the ordering process you may choose either of our current payment options which are PayPal for £ payments or bank transfer for Naira payments. Please note that we will not process your order until we receive payment from you. To pay by bank transfer, please check How to order from Nigeria
We recommend ordering your custom couture box invitations 10 weeks in advance to avoid any delays. Our Cardstock range invitation cards require a shorter processing time usually 10 working days.
After processing, delivery may take up to 5 working days. Shipping charges are free for UK Standard delivery.
After processing, delivery may take up to 15 working days but this is usually quicker. Shipping charges vary depending on total weight of your order. We use standard delivery but if for any reason you need your invitations quicker, we can arrange a courier which only takes days to deliver
We try our best to review prior to printing and find common errors such as spelling, dates or alignment; we cannot guarantee that we will catch every error. Therefore, we highly recommend that you approve the digital proof which will mail to you prior to final printing.
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Please note that orders below 100 pieces are also accepted but are charged extra according to the quantity of the order.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on your input such as spelling mistakes and layout errors so please take extra care while placing your order. We also cannot accept returns based on the changes of your personal preferences or circumstances.
